About the Provider

My name is Krista Mrozinski MA, LMFT. I am eager to support families with proactive parenting strategies related to your child's typical developmental needs.

I utilize a holistic approach to therapy. I am highly attune to family mental health needs and the importance of early intervention. I believe through creating supportive alliances, understanding the importance of parent-child relationships and noting a parent's personal experience with their child(ren) will encourage positive growth and capacities.

My professional career has been dedicated to working with parents and children since 2001. I have trained extensively, am passionate, insightful and will provide a customized approach to each child and family I work with.
